Hi I am looking for help with my electric bills. I am homeless staying from friend to friend because I am on a fixed income and duke won't let me make payments on a past due electric bill. The bill got ran up while I was waiting on my disability awards letter. I was 34 when they said I could not work due to back injury. But over the past 10 years I have been hit with COPD, and now they are thinking I have throat cancer. The place I am staying at now has mold and it is making me sick. Due to the COPD, I have a friend that will rent me a house but I cannot get electric. If anybody knows of any agencies that will help me in the clermont county area in Ohio please let me know.
